Terms of Use
We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The prerequisite for an undisturbed stay is above all mutual understanding and consideration. Please therefore observe the following rules for your stay at Ried-Camperpark:
1. General Behavior
- The camper park has 34 pitches and is open all year round. By entering the site, you accept the terms of use.
2. Use of Pitches
- The use of the site is only permitted for officially registered motorhomes and caravans with a total length of up to 9 m. Entry and exit are possible at any time during the chosen period of stay.
- The pitch is intended exclusively for the temporary parking of motorhomes and caravans for tourist purposes and may also be used for the temporary stay of the persons traveling with them. The erection of tents is not permitted.
- Waste water from vehicles or dishwashing water must be collected and disposed of only at the central waste water disposal point.
3. Electricity Connection
- All pitches (except BASIC) have an electricity connection (230 V / 16 amps). The fee is €3.00 for 5 kilowatt hours.
4. Disposal
- The disposal of grey water and faeces is only permitted at the disposal station. The disposal station must be left clean and chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated place.
- Washing vehicles on the pitch is not permitted.
- Wild urination is prohibited!
- Waste must be disposed in the bins provided. Waste disposal in household quantities is included in the pitch fee.
5. Dogs
- Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a leash. Walking dogs is only permitted outside the camper park.
- Please remove dog excrement immediately. Urination by dogs on the lawns is also not permitted.
- No dog excrement may be left along the surrounding waters and fields. The fields are used for food production!
6. Open Fire
- Barbecuing with charcoal or other smoke-producing fuels is not permitted. Gas or electric grills (observe power connection!) may be used.
- Nuisance to other users by fire, flying sparks or smoke must be avoided.
7. Night Rest
- Night rest lasts from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The noise level must be kept low during this time. Out of consideration for other users of the site and neighbors, all activities that cause noise should be avoided during this time.
8. Miscellaneous
- The exercise of a trade (e.g. sales activities and shows) is prohibited on the site without the operator’s permission.
9. Liability
- Entering and using the site is at your own risk. No winter service is provided.
- The operator is not liable for damage caused by the failure of the electricity and/or drinking water supply, nor for damage caused by other users, visitors or third parties.
- Users are liable for all damage caused intentionally or negligently. Users are obliged to report all damage immediately. This applies in particular to contamination of the ground with oil or other substances.
10. Violations
- In the event of violations of the site regulations, the operator or persons appointed by him are entitled to exercise domiciliary rights and issue expulsions. Failure to comply with an expulsion may be prosecuted as trespassing. Illegally parked vehicles, trailers or other items will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
- A penalty of €150 will be charged for unpaid pitch fees.
11. Booking Process
The booking process is handled by the provider camigo. For the booking process, the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions of camigo also apply.
